Keep Knitting .....

Hi,
Linda and I had fun again on Monday when we visited another suppliers Open House and warehouse.
Lots of yarn to examine and samples to look at.
Of course, I just had to order n"ewe" yarns for the shop.
Then Tuesday afternoon a sales rep. from another company came by with suitcases full of yarn.
And again, I just had to order some more n"ewe" yarns.
I am only thinking of all of you - you all love n"ewe" yarns!

I know it is really hot but you just have to keep knitting and crocheting!
I am sure that most of you have air conditioners or fans in your homes
- so be sure to keep those needles and hooks busy!

Read on and you will find out about some n"ewe" yarns I mentioned previously that would make great portable knitting/crocheting summer projects.

Madras and Fiocono
Madras by Laine Du Nord is a "boucle like" chunky yarn with a satiny thread through it.
Fiocco is kind of hard to describe. It has great texture with "things" sticking out from it that add "definition" to its unique look.

Linie 231
Linie  231 by ON line is an unspun chunky wool which creates its own pattern as you knit.

Vertigo
Vertigo has a bit of "fluff" and a bit of "glitz". It also shades attractively as you knit.
Hope to see you this Saturday for Knit in Public Day at the shop - 11:00 - 3:00.
Come for the day or drop by for a visit.
You don't want to miss all the fun!
