Murrina

You all know that I love to knit and I also love to garden.
My front garden - the Phlox are so beautiful!

Murrina
is a rather strange name for a yarn but it is the name of our latest addition to the shop.
I know it is hot outside but we know winter is coming -
so this is a great time of year to start your gift projects and be already when the winds blow.
I think the best way to describe Murrina is
- merino blend, chunky, very pretty, many colours in each ball, slightly thick and thin, slight sheen.
It will make wonderful scarves, cowls or whatever!.
We have a free easy pattern to make a diagonal long scarf which you can wrap around your neck 2 times.

Just a reminder - plans are gradually coming together for our
Knitting, Crocheting, Fibre Retreat on April 4, 5 and 6th, 2014.
Hope you  have this weekend set aside for this exciting event.
More details shortly.
